The conference language is English.
The conference hotel is a five-star venue with an appropriate level of security. Additional security will be posted around the conference facilities. Please make sure to wear your conference badge at all times: Delegates without a badge will be refused admission. Please note that security in Bangkok is generally tight and safety levels are high. However, in general you should avoid street demonstrations, and you should exercise normal levels of precautions against street crime (as in any world city) by making sure that your valuables are out of sight (or better still in your hotel room safe). Thailand is generally a very safe country to visit and we are sure that you will enjoy your stay.
The fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference proceedings volume and presentations, conference briefcase, lunches and Welcome and Farewell drinks receptions.

Awards Gala Dinner
The Global Gypsum Awards Gala Dinner will take place at the Siam Niramit Theatre. Departure is from the conference hotel at 5pm, return by 23.00. The dinner includes attendance at the Siam Niramit show - the 'must-see' show in Thailand.
A spouse tour programme will be organised during the conference, including attendance at the Gala Dinner and Farewell Party.
Tours will take place on both of the conference days, returning to the conference hotel in time for lunch (not included).
The spouse programme is charged at UK£250 - please book during registration.
Please let us know beforehand if you have any special requirements.
Dress code for the conference, the welcome and farewell parties and the gala dinner is smart casual or business attire.
Please note that conference fees are not refundable unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.
